CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 357(FIN) "An Act updating the                                                 
terminology in statutes for persons with disabilities; and providing                                
for an effective date" was read the second time.                                                    
                                                                                                    
Senator Green moved that the House Letter of Intent (House Journal                                  
page 2558) be adopted as a Senate Letter of Intent. Without                                         
objection, the Legislative Letter of Intent was adopted.                                            
                                                                                                    
President Stevens stated CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 357(FIN) will                                        
be on the May 2 calendar.
